one thing that i noticed about my recent pilgrimage is that we're quite at ease. reasons?
...call time is 5.30. most of the people, including the responsibles, arrived late. we found ourselves on the road by about 7 am. imagine, from 5.30 it became 7 am. i hate being late. but God is teaching me to be patient. in 'real' pilgrimage, we can't do that. time is gold.
...cr break is overused. before leaving our beloved hometown, 'someone' went down the bus saying 'iihi muna ako'. after 5 mins, the bus driver arrived and asked if we're ready. i informed him that we're still waiting for one last person. mr. driver went back to his post. after a while, 'someone' went back asking, 'o, asan ang driver'. duh!
after 45 mins, the bus loaded some gasoline. 'someone' went downstairs again to pee.
while in the express way, she went down again to pee.
in a 'real' pilgrimage, we cannot do that. time is gold.
...we can't stop the bus to buy food. lol! grabe, instead of going directly to the destination, we even stopped in a food complex along the south super highway to buy mcdo. why? because another person is hungry. they haven't taken up breakfast yet. in 'real' pilgrimage, we can't do that. time is gold.
well, i am not making 'reklamo'. i am just stating a fact. but i love the fact that i am still with my community. no matter who they are, i still love them!
i enjoyed the time with them specially at the resort. i played with the kids. had a little bonding time with my girlfriend and with the entire people!
