How Lovely are Your Dwelling Places

I always love to sing. =) . Yes. Often than not, I am out of tune. LOL! Among the songs that I always love to hear (and sing) is How Lovely are Your Dwelling Places. It is simply "tugs tugs". It's comforting and it reaches to my soul. This is from Ps. 84.

How lovely are your dwelling places, O Lord.
O Lord of hosts;
my soul longs and yearns
for the courts of the Lord.
Even the sparrow finds a home, 
the swallow, its nest, 
near your altars, O Lord, 
my King and my God, my King and my God.


Happy he who lives in your house, 
he always sings your praise;
he always sings your praise.
Happy he who finds in you the strength
and decides in his hearts,
the holy journey.
Passing through the valley of weeping, 
he turns it into a blessing,
his strength grows along the way,
till he reaches Zion, till he reaches Zion.
To me, a day in your courts
is worth more than a thousand, 
than a thousand elsewhere.
Because to dwell at the gate of your house
is better than to live in the palaces of the mighty.
