blogging in HK!

This is THE DAY!

oh well, here are some of the pictures last Feb 8. it was such a momentous event for me and my agom. we may not spend the whole day together because we have a lot of visitors to entertain.  it may not be perfect but it's the fruit of our labor. thank you everyone for making this day possible. Second Day to Eternity: Few more Steps

It’s another tiring day. Each moment that passes by, I get a little stressed and excited. Today, I woke up at 2 AM. Reason? Waiting for my family members to come in. Haha! I waited until 9 AM. We had our “final” interview by 10 AM. Unfortunately, Izel is late. It was raining so hard in San Pascual. God is so great. He told Father Ron to recite Apostle’s Creed instead of Act of Absolution. LOL! After church interview, we went directly to public market to buy fruits for tomorrow’s event. We bought oranges, grapes and mangoes. I don’t know if this is so-called eternity. All I know is we’re together, that we should take it slowly and go with the flow to enjoy things as they are. February 5, both of us decided to go separately. By 6.00 PM, my mom and I were on our way to MOA. I decided to give my mom a treat – halo-halo with pancit luglog @ Razon’s. Yeba! amorosa the revenge

i am not a fan of horror movies. but i took time to watch - amorosa: the revenge - just to satisfy my curiosity. it is not scary. honestly, i was planning to make the whole night horrible for me by closing the lights (to create a scary mood) but it is not - not scary at all. this is from here. the story isn't nice, as well. this is one of those typical movies where a monster came up because a rape scene. i have high regards to all the actors and actresses (along with the director) but i think this movie is not good. i am going to give this a 5.00. steamed chicken with cirtrus vinaigrette (my own version)

i saw this recipe from kris tv. it tastes good! my mom and my sister loves it. here's how to do it: chicken was seasoned with salt and pepper with thyme. set up the steamer. in boiling water put onion leeks, lemon grass and garlic. extract orange and lemon juice. blend both citrus juices and put it over moderate heat. add sugar and salt to taste. in a separate container, mix ample amount of water and potato starch until it became a mixture. add the starch mixture over the citrus mixture. heat until it became a sticky sauce. steamed chicken with cirtrus vinaigrette (my own version) Related Posts: caramelized chicken with no oilit's always...

bucketlist for 2012 - verdict!

oh well, i have this list last 2012. and its time of the year to review everything.  a. run a 21 k in camarines sur. i've been running for more than two years now but i haven't tried doing a 21K. i'll do it this year with tina and jessie in camsur. [EPA] I was not able to do this. I need undergo a certain medication - just like what Ruth did. it is FAILURE. [/EPA]  b. read at least five books. i need to go back to reading. hope to start with aleph by paulo coelho. [EPA]  A big NO. another reason why filipinos should be proud of their race is rizzini alexis gomez. she recently won miss tourism international held in malaysia. this is from here. honestly, i do not know such competition exists. :) . she's a daughter of a former pba star from cebu. for everyone's sake, miss tourism international is the only pageant usually held on new year's eve. so technically, she won the title on 2012. wow! 2012 is such a year! my new year's letter v.2013

dear God -  almost all people would agree that every year is always the year of the lord - it's your year. thank you for 2012. it's fruitful and an awesome year. as i go back and see my blog entries for each month, i see compassion and warmth. i can still see the zeal and excitement to be a better person. i can say that I AM A WORK IN PROGRESS.  this is from here. ...thank you for my family. 2012 is the year when my younger sister settled down. we used to be 3 frickle-minded kids (by heart) in the house and now my mom was left with two. lol! it took us a while before we adjust in the house yet we did it - with your grace....
