zombadings: patayin sa shokot si remington

this movie is so funny. the twist is awesome and the ending is unexpectedly crazy! the actor martin escudero played it well, medyo malandi nga lang but it's really funny. the horror effect of the movie is not that scary. the plot is concentrated sa love triangle nina - Remington, his guy bestfriend and his love interest Lauren Young. well, it's a movie. di talaga matatackle ang lahat ng aspeto.  i'll give this movie an 8.  picture is from this site. bird sanctuary

the philippine reclamation authority is proposing to have 635 hectares place near roxas blvd. be converted to a private, commercial and tourism area. sounds awesome? not until you hear that this is situated right beside a protective wetland that caters  a lot of different birds – migratory birds from china, endemic philippine duck and thousands of waterbirds. imagine that? check this out. i don’t want to enumerate everything that you can see here because this is not what i want to stress out. just recently, noli de castro reported how this sanctuary is threatened. it broke my heart when i heard about the issue. hearing of how the local government stands on this issue, mayor bernabe said “…irerelocate natin yung sanctuary…”. yes, RELOCATE. i think he has a hidden talent of...

bull run for enduRUNce

last jan 8, i completed my first 10K run for the year...its the PSE Bull Run. it's a difficult one. first, i don't have any practice. i haven't run for three weeks and i can feel that my tummy is already protruding. another thing is that i have LBM. lol! i actually am having trouble with my bowel that morning. i prayed and leave it to God. the route is quite good but the lights aren't that good in some parts. if you'll know me personally, you know that my vision isn't good at dark. luckily, there are some white ladies - ladies with fair complexion that i use as reference on which way i should go. lol! it's not my best time but it was...

I am not a fan of GMA. They use to call her PGMA but now it is CGMA. Whatever it is, I do not like her. For me, she is the “Face of Deception”. She did everything to win a position in the government. Who’ll forget the words she uttered – “I am sorry.”… And now, PNoy is on the run to give us – as Filipinos - what we deserve, and that is JUSTICE. I like the word, JUSTICE. It’s for everyone. It’s our right. She is a cheater. She is a big disgrace in the electoral system. Though I think, GMA is really the best person to fill up the position last 2004 presidential election – than FPJ – but the fact that she won the presidency by cheating, I hate her. happy chinese new year

i must admit it. i love the telenovela Budoy. it's getting more and more excited. it tackles a story of a mentally-challenged guy who finds himself in the middle of two socially different mothers - the biological mother - Luisa - and another mother by heart - Elena. Budoy is suffering from angelman syndrome. the Filipino-like plot is still there. Budoy was given to a caretaker because his condition is a shame to Luisa's family. he grew up in the hands of Elena. 5 best places i visited for 2011: a. Pagudpod, Ilocos Norte - i do not like going to the beach - probably because of my insecurities - but i super love pagudpod. it's one of the best places where you can be what you are. quiet and solemn with just the waves and the winds to talk to.  b. twelve for 2012

this is the first time that i am going to do this bucket list. lol! my catechists always tell us to cherish what you have today and leave it up to the Lord. no one knows if tomorrow will come. but this list will just be a simple reminder for me to prioritize things: a. run a 21 k in camarines sur. i've been running for more than two years now but i haven't tried doing a 21K. i'll do it this year with tina and jessie in camsur. b. read at least five books. i need to go back to reading. hope to start with aleph by paulo coelho. c. loose 30 lbs. yyyyeeeessss!!!! i hope so. to increase confidence and boost my health. d. buy a new pair of running shoes. last time i bought one was 2009. so i think it's time to have one. my motto: it's not the brand. lol! e. write at least 130 blog entries....

WARNING: medyo eeewww ang post ko ngayon. ahehehe... i do not know kung anong nangyari pero ilang araw na akong may diarrhea. kanina nga,  i need to go home pa dahil sa medyo nahihilo ako. the nurse said its probably because of my diarrhea. kailangan ko daw ng maraming tubig at maraming electrolyte. thanks sa pocari sweat. lol! so what's the wet tissue for? ahehehe. alam nyo na. di ko kasi mapigilan eh. buti na lang at may wet tissue, i felt more comfortable. lol! wet tissue plays an funny role in my college years. one of my classmates used this wet tissue every minute of the day - especially during summer. she's an addict. during those times, pinagtatawanan ko pa sya. and now, wet tissue is already part of my accoutrements. ahehehe. di lang siya pang-cr, pang sports pa. one of the things that i enjoy doing is listening to relasyon by luchi cruz-valdez and mel sta. maria of 92.3 news fm. yes, it is an AM station found in FM frequency.  i love how they answer questions and discuss problems of their listeners. practical teaching, that is how i call it. mel sta. maria, as a family lawyer, answers questions in such a way that lay people can comprehend. he gives his insights and helps people in distress. luchi, on the other hand, uses her wide-experience as a journalist to ask questions that normal people asks. on a personal perspective, she's one of the best when it comes with asking questions. she sees to it that her questions have no direct and obvious answers. ========================sideline================ i remember this question from a reporter of...
